66 - character specific detection failure
On only one character I have found that the cooldown tracking is failing completely. I have tried with addon loads identical to other characters that have no issues and without anything but this addon loaded with no resolution. I have deleted the svar to no effect. The character transmute alchemist with herbalism.
This effects 5.2.0-2.2.0 and 5.2.0-2.2.0-1-gefdc620
