64 - Tradeskills not showing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Log in
2.Mouse over LDB of BTC

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see the CD"s for my Blacksmithing or Leatherworking. I did open their respective tradeskill panel and did the CD's but nothing appears.

What version of the product are you using?
5.2.0-2.2.0 for 5.2.0 Mar 05, 2013

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error appears

    Blacksmithing: Balanced Trillium Ingot doesn't seem to be recognized as a cooldown so far.
