49 - Add support for Mysterious Egg

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Would you be up for adding support for the Mysterious Egg?

Please provide any additional information below.
As Wowhead says, the cooldown is in realtime so it doesn't reset at midnight. This makes it all the more important to track the cooldown.
