53 - Feature Request: Artifact Power

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Show Current Artifact Power/Next Trait Cost for currently equipped artifact.  Can possibly add other artifacts as well that would show in the hover/pull down

Please provide any additional information below.
