55 - Patch -- Chatframe picker & Shorter prefix

This patch fixes ticket #53 and #54

This patch does the following:

1. Allows to pick which chatframe to use for text output (self checks, events, etc)
2. Toggle option to shorten "[Big Brother]" to "[BB]" for text output, default is disabled.
