1 - Enable/Disable all buttons should account for filters

When using the filter system, it would be nice if the enable/disable all buttons took the filter into account and enabled/disabled only the addons that are visible in the filtered view, rather than all installed addons.

    by filtered view I assume you mean while searching? I could probably have the buttons change while filtered, I'll look into in
