49 - Fadeout is not 100%

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select it to set opacity at 0%
2. Does not full fade out, icons and bar can be seen (very vague though but its still there with certain colours behind the screen
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect it to be 100% Hidden

What version of the product are you using?
2.7.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error's produced

    Have you tried toggling the "Enable opacity workaround" option?
