What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Zone from one instance to another

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Bars shouldn't be blocking buffs and Target

What version of the product are you using? V2.7.0

Do you have an error log of what happened? no error logs

    Updated to latest LibJostle, v2.7.1 should fix your issue, please check!
