1282 - Experience and Artifact Power Bars
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. No steps noticed, it's random and sudden. Maybe changing region (loading screen) or specialization? I don't know for sure.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Experience and Artifact Power bars freezes somehow, and are not showing the actual progress. The bug is temporarily corrected with a reload, till the next freeze.
What version of the product are you using?
Bartender4 4.7.2, but the bug started showing up with Legion.
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
