What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Equip Artifact weapon
2. Reputation bar disappears.
3. un-equip artifact weapon, reputation bar appears.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to see the reputation xp bar at all times after it is enabled.
What version of the product are you using? newest 4.7.2
Do you have an error log of what happened?
Please provide any additional information below.

Nevcairiel Sep 07, 2016 at 08:23 UTC - 0 likesIt appears Blizzard just doesn't want you to have 3 of such bars (Exp, AP, Rep). Just finish leveling, issue resolves itself. ;)

LarryGatlin Sep 04, 2016 at 23:12 UTC - 0 likesI just checked and verified that the Rep bar does show when Artifact weapon is removed. But if you disable bartender and use Blizzards bar, the same thing happens. So may be a blizzard bug

Saintgabrial Sep 01, 2016 at 05:03 UTC - 0 likesI have the same issue. I want all 3 bars to show up but the REP bar keeps disappearing. I'm also using 4.7.2
