1164 - Mind flay / insanity Icon Update issue.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have the level 45 talent Insanity and use shadow orbs.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mind flay Icon should change to Insanity icon for duration of buff.
What version of the product are you using?
4.6.5
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No
Please provide any additional information below.
With all addons off, Mind Flay (properly) changes icon to Insanity when Orbs are used.
Turned on just Bartender4, & original problem returned.

With only Bartender 4
You can see the buff and mouse is over mind flay, hence the tooltip.
