63 - Different Verbose level for operation

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I would like to know if it would be possible to have different verbose level for different operation. I think it would be neat if the Stack operation could be on a verbose level of 2 so you know what leave you bags or bank to go into the other without setting a verbose level of 2 for sort which is rather spammy.

I have modified my version of bank stack and hardcoded the verbosity of the stack operation to 2 and if you want to see the modification to the code I would be glad to show it to you in case you need inspiration for the solution
