What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have some items in bags, some items in bank, at least some of which will not stack
2. Use command /fill bags bank
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?  I expect that everything in my bags will move to the bank.  Instead, only items that exist in both places will move from bags to bank.  Items unique to bags will not move.  Same issue for command /stack bags bank.  Using command /fill bank bags works as expected and completely fills my bags.

What version of the product are you using? v35

Do you have an error log of what happened?  No errors recorded

It worked great before 6.0, but since then this particular command has not worked in that one direction.
