What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

First of all I would like to be able to disable the specialty bag filter so that I can move items from my guild bank into gem, inscription or any other kind of bags.

I would also like to be able to filter /fill commands by item name and by the value of the item according to an auction house mod such as Auctioneer or Auctionator.

Please provide any additional information below.

Since I've written a few addons myself I have achieved this functionality with some modifications which you can see in the attached files. However since your addon is licensed as "All Right Reserved" I can't distribute them to other people whom I know are very interested in it. I would like to request these changes get incorporated in the main addon.
