57 - Quest items are not being monitored

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Get a quest that requires items in bank;
2.Give in the items (dust, herbs, ore, iron scraps);
3.The item numbers are not updated.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect bankitems to monitor for quests that require things in the bank/reagents to update accordingly.

What version of the product are you using?
6.1.0.0

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error, just not logging.

Please provide any additional information below.
It is not a problem when you have a giant amount of the items, but can be bothersome when you have just below the needed number and bankitems says you have just above the needed number because it didn't update from the last daily, and you couldn't access the bank yet.
