55 - Filter. Overlay bags

When i use the filter, it will highlight only those items that meet the filter in the bank and any bag its open.
But it not highlight a closed bag if the bag containts an item that meet the filter, the problem is we need to open every bag to see if there is an item filtered inside.

This is an error and not an improvement because the current filter of BankItem doest not work like BlizzardUI. In the normal bags, the bag its highlight if contains an item that meet the filter, doest not matter if the bag is open or closes.

Again, i have the correction done and ready for a commit
