43 - Mailed items don't always track properly since 5.4.2

Before Blizzard added multirealm support to mail, your mail always went to MYCHAR and would be tracked fine by BankItems. Now you mail may go to MYCHAR or MYCHAR-THISREALM and if it goes to the one with the realm name appended BankItems loses track of the item.

It would also be good to track items sent to MYCHAR-CONNECTEDREALM for realms that are connected.

And finally it would be good to track items sent to MYCHAR-OTHERREALM for BoA items that are sent to another realm that is not connected to the one you're on..
