98 - Baggins blocking mail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on the Baggins button attached to the map, on one (and only one) of my characters.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see baggins open up. Instead nothing happens. Also, if I try to open my "backpack," it doesn't open either, but the other bags will.
Also, when I go to a mailbox, and click it to view mail that the icon is telling me I have, the mailbox is empty, and my bags won't open up. If i disable baggins, my mail and backpack both work fine.

What version of the product are you using?
R443-release

No.
