95 - Bind filtering not working for equippable items

Create a filter on Bind->Soulbound

Make it the top filter in a bag so it should gather everything that is soulbound. It does gather a bunch of stuff, e.g. some quest items, farming equipment, motes of harmony, etc, etc. But no armour or weapons.

Armor and weapons will end up in Other or whatever catch-all section you have configured.
