920 - Add LibDBIcon Handling
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Could LibDBIcon minimap handling be added to this addon to allow the ability to mouseover/hover the minimap icons through various minimap addons which support this function
An example of addons that do this are MountFarmHelper, Skada, SavedInstances
