891 - Register loot buttons for right click

Hi,

was wondering whether you could register all the loot buttons for RightButton clicks in addition to the current behaviour. This should make it work with MogIt's 'Ctrl-right click to preview' feature.

    A mogit implementation is planned with one of the next betas.
