534 - Reserve Fossil fragments for Darkmoon Faire

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Option to always reserve 15 Fossil fragments for the next Darkmoon Faire

It would only activate a Solve alert if there would be at least 15 fragments left over after solving the project.

Feature would probably work much like the Keystone adjustments, but with a negative number.
