4 - Add main/alt relationship from Real ID data

It has been requested that the addon use Real ID data.  Doing so would probably mean that the addon would need to watch Real ID friends and create relationships using that data.  Characters for a Real ID account could be tied to the Real ID name or perhaps the user could specify which character is the main for the Real ID account.
