8 - 'Spreading' nameplatemotion no longer valid

Setting nameplateMotion 2 no longer causes the nameplates to spread, instead they seem to default to overlapping.

Overlapping (0) and stacking (1) work as expected.

While this really isn't a AdvancedInterfaceOptions fault, the description for nameplateMotion cvar could be edited to omit the spreading option.
