10 - TargetPriorityCombatLock does not exist (any longer?)

Trying to get some non-shitty tab targeting behavior, I found some entries in the CVar browser that seemed promising. When I double-clicked on TargetPriorityCombatLock in the hopes of setting it to "2", I got this instead:
