70 - Some Protected Addons Are Not Loaded - only for every other logon
The ACP message "Some Protected Addons Are Not Loaded" does not show for each of my character logos. It shows for every other character logon.
I have multiple alts. The easiest way to reproduce this is to go to the WOW Character selection screen, click the "Addons" button on the lower left, turn off all addons, but leave ACP on. Log onto a character, ACP may or may not show the message. Log off, log onto another character or the same character (and turn off addons again).
Basically, it shows up for every other character.
