122 - Some addons always load even if not in set

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install ACP 3.4.14 and TradeSkillMaster on WoW 6.0.2.
2. Load a set that does not contain TradeSkillMaster.
3. Observe the loaded addons and see that TradeSkillMaster is marked enabled..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Loading a set not containing TradeSkillMaster should result in TradeSkillMaster not being enabled, but in fact it is.

What version of the product are you using?
ACP 3.4.14

Additional Information?
I've experimented with this issue on a few addons, but they've all been resolved by repeatedly removing and readding the addon to a set.  I cannot resolve the issue with TradeSkillMaster and it always re-enables when I load the first set in ACP.

    Most likely you have the "recursive" checkbox enabled, and your set includes addons that either depend or optionally depend on TradeSkillMaster (eg any of the TSM module addons). If you want your set to include intentionally-broken dependencies, you need to disable the recursive checkbox.

    Confirmed, this is the same for me, other addons that do the same are: Handynotes Overachiever Raidachievement
