118 - Certain addons cannot be deselected/unloaded
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install ACP alongside some other addons (Shadowed Unit Frames was one that wouldnt unload)

Open ACP UI, click on an addon, some will not deselect.
Core purpose of addon is not working correctly
What version of the product are you using?
3.4.10
Do you have an error log of what happened?
There is no error
