400 - Add an Order option to AceConfigDialog for Select controls

Select controls (type dropdown) are sorted by key.  It often makes more sense to have them sorted by value.  The underlying control has an Order parameter that it uses when adding the list of items, but I don't believe there is any way to pass an order table through AceConfigDialog.

It seems like an easy enhancement, though I know very little about Ace at this point so I could be completely wrong. :)
