SpellReminder

SpellReminder was created because I always forgot to renew my Commanding Shout. Thus, the addon started as ShoutReminder. Since then the addon has developed more and more features and become a full reminder system for all classes.

SpellReminder uses no datafiles, all information is pulled directly from the game as and when you cast spells, this makes it "reasonably" future proof for new expansions and talent changes.

Features

SpellReminder will track any buff or debuff you place on a target (including yourself).

From simple HoTs and DoTs like:

• Renews.
• Lifebloom (including applications).
• Shadow Word: Pain.

To more complex things like:

• Paladin Judgements are refreshed on hit.
• Rogue Poisons renewed when you proc.
• Procs from weapon enchants like mongoose and the Shamans Frostbrand Weapon (slowing effect).
• Priests Shadow talents like Misery and Shadow Vulnerability.
• Mages frostbolt slowing effects, frost novas and fire vulnerability debuffs.

Including, but not limited to:

• Potions, Elixirs, Flasks.
• Drinking/Eating.
• Food buffs.

Future Development

• Sounds taken from SharedMedia played on expiring and expired notifications.
• Option to show buffs and debuffs in separate groups.
  • Seperate "barTypes" currently including Selfcast, Buff, Debuff. Scaleable to easily impliment include filterable cooldowns.
  • Fully Configureable, and independantly filterable bar groups. for example, by default a single bar which shows bars for self casts, target buffs, and target debuffs. The user could then add a second group, and select only target debuffs to appear in that group.
• Cooldown tracking.
