Essentially it allows you to create pages of buttons, and switch between them when you click the button or press the hotkey associated with it. It also supports popup menu bars, custommacros and more.

Currently, this documentation is out of date, and fairly poor, and any help making it better would be appreciated greatly.

To get started, type /sb3 config. Once you have the configuration up, click "Add Bar". This will create a new bar with 4 buttons on it in the middle of the screen. You can create multiple "states" or pages of buttons to the bar.

Under the button configuration menu, there are a number of fields. "Value" - this contains a spell name, item name, item link, macro id, actionbarid or menu name. "Rank" - this will work for specifying a certain rank of spells. "Next State" - This will allow you to change states when you cast a spell. If a mage wanted to alternate fireballs with frostbolts, he could have both of those spells in different states on one bar, and use the next state to alternate between them. Even if the spellcast fails, the states will change. "KeyBinding" - set a keybinding for this button. KeyBindings are always the same for a button, no matter what state it is in. "Type" - this will allow you to set the button type. Menu is important here, as it is the only way to create a "Menu" button.

When you create a bar, you can also create "states" for the bar. In the different states, the bar have totally different spells. I plan to allow you to use modifier keys to shift states of the bars as well.

For example, I use it to create a menu of spells that are bound to the number pad. By pressing the different keys, I can change all of the numberpad keys to cast different spells. As a hunter, I put melee skills under the "third" state, which I access by hitting 3 on the numberpad. Ranged skills are under 1, etc.

The buttons do not use the standard action bar buttons, so all of the bars are blank at the start. You can use them to replace your existing ActionBars, or just to augment them.

Any button can hold either a menu, a spell, an item, a macro, or an action button. At this point, macro support is still having a few problems (primarily with the display) and action button support is almost totally untested.

To create a menu, you have to go into the configuration (/sb3 config) and give the menu

With a menu, it displays a currently blank button, with the name of the menu a the bottom. When you press it, it will change that action bar to whatever state you have specified in the configuration.

It's also possible to program any other button type to also change the state of the action bar by setting the "Next State" value.
