Utopia: Can now record physical and magical DPS separately and display them in various ways; occurred to me that the flat DPS recording would not be as informative as a caster/melee specific display.

Utopia: Can now select individual player dps (or multiples) by clicking on the dps chart; player dps is added together per mob and the max dps for the selection is carried over to next selection, so you can easier compare them. Selecting many will of course have a large max and going back to single players makes there DPS look smaller, but this is just in relation to the max you've view. Just toggle raid DPS off/on to reset that. Also improved the smoothing a little.

Utopia_UpTime: Mobs of same name are now grouped in a collapsed list item; selecting this selects them all, unless you expand the tree and select individuals.
- Lots of internal changes to the generic list handler because of this, so let me know if there's any issues there.
- Fixed pet damage/auras not being attributed to owner.

Utopia: Percentage Up-Time figures added to the tooltip when viewing past fights.
- New option to merge debuff appliers together into the chart to cut down greatly the number of textures displayed. Does clean up the display when there's a lot of touching textures; defaults to on.
- Now tries to minimize names overlapping on debuff chart. Will do more of the same for deaths, events etc.
