1 - Adding Health%ages to the transcriptor-log

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Many bossabilities are cast only at /after a certain %of the mobs hp.
I think it would be a lot easier to spot these values if transcriptor logged the %hp of the mobs life too.
