Now this is strange. This is what was just fixed. When I download the latest packaged version I get the fixed version. Any chance you have an old version partially still around?

Where exactly did you download your v2.10?

ok, looking closer... you have tinytips v2.10 it seems, but also

TinyTipTargets\TinyTipTargets-r32

looks like TinytipTargets-r32 was installed separately... so you either need to delete that to use the one packaged with TinyTips, assuming you are not using TInyTipsBasic.

Else you need to update TinytipTargets to at least r34 that had the fix in it.
