What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

I found this addon in search of an Ace addon which will show me how much time I have remaining in flight until I land.  Basically what Fubar_ToFu accomplished using the Quartz casting bar.  The addon would need no display, no icon, no LDB display.  Just use Quartz' casting bar to display the remaining flight time, like a channeled spell.

Please provide any additional information below.
