    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Install Prat 3.0
    2.Install StarTip

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Some chat window features not working

    What version of the product are you using?
    I am using StarTip  v1.5.49 for 4.2 on 20 Aug 2011 fresh install and using Prat 3.09 r876 for 4.2 on 2 Aug 2011 fresh install

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No error generated

    Please provide any additional information below.
    I been using Prat for quite some time without any major issues. I just installed StarTip a couple days ago and noticed I cannot click open links in the chat window and the page scroll button isn't working either.
