I attached another screenshot showing the Talents line, which includes item level. The one in your screenshot labeled "Equipped Average Item Level" I believe is from GearScore. I'm not sure why talents aren't showing up, unless you disabled it.

It's also possible the "Talents" line caused an error, and StarTip would disable the line temporarily.

Could you provide screenshots please? This may be due to some changes to the default tooltip. So make two screenshots -- one with the UnitTooltip module enabled and one with it disabled.

Oh I just discovered that disabling the UnitTooltip module now breaks StarTip sort of. lol. You can show both at the same time. It's under the Position module, at the bottom. You can specify to place the default tooltip on one side of the fake tooltip. Try getting a screen cap of that if you can. :)
