Better randonmess, Druids' flying form and minor improvments.

Adirelle:
    - Translations updated.
    - Added the druids' flying form.
    It is still available when using the Glyph of the Stag.
    Fixes GH-4.
    - Slightly reworked random selection to reuse the tables.
    - Fixed a typo in modifier tests.
Luke Mewburn:
    - Improve random selection.
    Maintain a context per mount mode containing the current speed and array
    of spell IDs for that speed.
    Select a random ID from the list.
    
    Results in a more random selection of mounts when a lot of mounts are favorites.
    
    The previous behavior was biased towards the last few favorite mounts per
    mode/speed.

    - Place bindings in the "ADDONS" category
