What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

New substitutions for my <level> and my <levelsremaining> to reach 80.

Please provide any additional information below.

This would provide more of the functionality of Guild Greet which responds to the word "ding" by saying "grats on level <level> - only <levelsremaining> levels to go!"

In order to grats the person who said "ding" in that way, this would also require <casterlevel> and <casterlevelsremaining>.  Alternatively, <level> and my <levelsremaining> could be defined as the caster's level, rather than the player's.  Both may be desirable separately, but the caster's level is probably more commonly desired.

Hmmm... I have one issue on <levelremaining>... Not everybody is using the same set of WoW-AddOns so the individual levelcap varies. This might be taken into account so you might think of some way to store data on friends and/or guildmembers so you can save individual levelcaps for each one (and SS will take them into account when translating <levelremaining>).

Currently I'd rather not use <levelremaining> because of such people being slightly anoyed of you constantly telling how many levels they will not be able to reach since they can't reach the Blizz-Levelcap.
