simpleMinimap:
- Updated for compatability with patch 3.3.
- Bumped TOC to 30300.
- Removed AchievementWatchFrame and QuestWatchFrame as they no longer exist.
- Added support to vertically resize the Watch Frame (objective tracker for quests and achievements).  This is done by holding shift and dragging the frame up or down.
