What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Enable empty bar on any frame
2.  Set empty bar height to 0
3.  Set text/tag on empty bar (renders successfully)
4.  /reload
5.  Text no longer renders

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Text should render even if bar is hidden (height 0), currently text is not rendered

What version of the product are you using?
4.1.2

Do you have an error log of what happened?

Please provide any additional information below.
Was using the empty bar to add an additional text field to the unit frames, but the text doesn't render until the empty bar height is set to something other than 0, then it renders.  The text remains after setting it back to 0, but doesn't render on reload.

Not sure why you would expect a hidden bar to have its text rendered? Where would it go then?
