"Create All" broken in Crafting #1897

    Not sure what interaction SUF has with Crafting windows, however with this addon turned on, the "Create All" button breaks after creating a single item.  Turn the addon off, and it creates as many as you're able to.  Seems to be sporadic, will work for some items but not for others, but turning it off makes all of them work 100% of the time.
