Initial alpha release of version 2.0.0. Includes an updated user interface and the following new features:
* Hide the minimap button (/setcollector button hide)
* Mark sets as favorite and show only favorites
* Show which pieces of a set or set variant you have acquired
* Allows user to key bind the Set Collector display (show or hide)
