Fixes:
- Arcane Charges bar will now work correctly when using Arcane Missiles at a full 6 stacks.
- Arcane Explosion stack refreshes now handled correctly.
- AM/FoF proc bars will now report correct time remaining on the buff after you use a proc while 2 procs are up.
- Fixed a problem with some procs where if you led off combat with a spell that caused the proc, the proc wouldn't be recognized (eg: starting off combat with a pet Freeze)
