Sanity2: Massive performance increases. Sanity's a lot more aggressive about caching and not re-doing work where possible now. Be on the lookout for things that don't properly update. Made a number of small bugfixes, and added a stack compression toggle, which allows you to switch between stacked mode (multiple stacks show as a single line item) and individual mode (one line item per stack). Also added a "stacks" column that is available from the table header context menu.

Sanity2: Fixed a problem that caused Sanity to not be able to populate bank data when using mods that replace the BankFrame (BankFrame:IsVisible() no worky), and fixed linking/splitting items from the Sanity window.

Sanity2: Added code to prevent SetHyperlink on links that we can't GetItemInfo(). This is highly necessary as of build 6144 due to the fact that WDBs are not being written with item data, so the indicence of missing items is extremely high.

Sanity2: Added tag deletion to the dropdown to allow for cleanup of tags on items that you no longer possess. Added menus to allow you to untag items you don't have individual access to.
