Saving a custom preset doesn't save the state of the "to" checkbox. #51

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Uncheck the "to" checkbox for some of the weights
    2. Save as custom preset
    3. Load the preset, all the checkboxes are checked

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Checkboxes should have their state saved

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.23
