Tagging v1

David Lynch:
    - Option to only show icons for tracked quests
    - Fix icon
    - Small config
    - Astrolabe in the TOC shouldn't be commented out...
    - Realized the correct function to call to update POIs without messing with the map. Works reliably when changing zones now.
    - Initial version. Addon that puts quest POIs on your minimap. Haven't tested zone change yet...
