XP bar appears/disappears when casting causing other bars to shift up and down #298

    I seem to be having an odd issue with the XP bar at the bottom of the page appearing/Disappearing repeatedly when I cast. If I disable Quartz it stays visible. What's annoying is it causes my other action bars to shift up and down whenever it happens. not 100% sure if it's related to any other add-on but definitely does not happen if I disable Quartz. I like Quartz too much to abandon it but would love any guidance on how to prevent this behavior.

     Quick note, retail version running 3.5.2
