Colour setting for interruptible & uninterruptible spells #261

    For the target's cast bar, quartz has a shield at the icon of the spell to show this is uninterruptible. This is not quite clear for me when in M+ or raids. Is that possible to add a feature to set different colours for interruptible & uninterruptible spells, especially for the target's or focus's spells?
