What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

A viable, up-to-date Frost DPS-Rotation-Preset, especially because FrostDW-Builds became very priority based.

Please provide any additional information below.

The rotation could / should look like:

Frost Strike (Killing Machine) > Diseases (IT, PS)  > Obliterate > Blood Strike > Frost Strike > Howling Blast (if Rime is up)
